OVERVIEW
• Eco-hotel situated in Beni Mtir,
delegation of Fernana, Governorate
of Jendouba, Tunisia.
• Touristic, thermal and esthetic
Centre designed according to SPA
concept ( Sanita Per Aqua ) using
renewable energies for its electricity needs (energy independency).
• Capacity of 100 beds with: Reception, Bar, 3 Restaurants ( 1 diet), 3 thermal swimming pools (1 covered), 1 esthetic Centre, 1 thermal Station, 1 Congress Room, 12 double rooms, 3 Suites and 18 Chalets.
• Environmental Animation: Health circuit, Ramble (footing, horse riding, bike, sail, pédalo, canoe, escalade)
Project Overview
• All chalets are built with wood (rondin), isolated according to the European Norm (1 st price of the EU for energy efficiency on construction – Environmental tourism) and equipped:
• Floor heating and cooling system (hot spring water and Canadian well
added to a bio climatic chimney).
• Energy independency (photovoltaic electricity, solar hot water, solar air ventilator)
• Thermal SPA in each chalet
